By placing an order on Ellectra, you agree to ALL the terms outlined in this Refund & Shipping Policy. You must accept this policy checkbox during checkout to place your order.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Standard Flat Shipping across India. Delivery timelines and charges are as follows:

- Standard Flat Shipping: ₹120 applies to ALL orders regardless of order value.
- Pay on Delivery (COD): If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional ₹60 will be added to your order total.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 3 to 15 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary based on your location. Remote areas may take up to 15 days. Metro cities usually receive within 3-7 days.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Online Payment (UPI / QR Code) — Recommended
- Scan our QR Code to pay via any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- After payment, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation
- Send the payment screenshot to our WhatsApp: +91 63817 33447
- Your order will be confirmed once payment is verified
Online payment via QR Code is the fastest way to get your order confirmed and shipped!
Pay on Delivery (COD)
- Pay cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep
- An extra charge of ₹60 applies for COD orders
- COD is available for all pincodes where delivery is supported
Stripe Processing Fee
A 2% processing fee (Stripe fee) is included in all transactions. This is a standard payment gateway charge and is non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund ONLY under the following conditions:
Missing Products
- If any product listed in your order is missing from the delivered package, we will issue a full refund for that specific missing item.
- You MUST provide an unboxing video as proof (see mandatory requirement below).
Product Out of Stock After Order
- If a product becomes out of stock after you have placed and paid for your order, we will issue a full refund for that item.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
IMPORTANT: Apart from missing products and out-of-stock situations, NO other refund requests will be entertained. We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind, wrong ordering, or buyer's remorse.
Mandatory Unboxing Video — REQUIRED
This is the MOST IMPORTANT requirement for any refund claim:
You MUST record a complete, uncut unboxing video of your package from the moment you start opening it. Without this video, NO refund will be processed — no exceptions.
Unboxing Video Requirements
- Start recording BEFORE you open the package — show the sealed package clearly.
- Record the entire unboxing process in one continuous, uncut video.
- Show all items received clearly, one by one.
- Show the shipping label and invoice/receipt in the video.
- The video must be clear, well-lit, and unedited.
- If any product is missing, state it clearly in the video.
Send your unboxing video to our WhatsApp (+91 63817 33447) along with your Order ID when raising a refund claim.
When Refund Will NOT Be Given
Refund will be REJECTED in the following cases:
- ❌ No unboxing video — If you don't have a complete unboxing video, refund is automatically denied.
- ❌ Video has cuts or edits — If the unboxing video is edited, cut, or not continuous, refund will be denied.
- ❌ Products used, soldered, or modified — Once you use, solder, or modify the product, no refund.
- ❌ Physical damage by customer — Damage caused by mishandling, wrong wiring, or improper usage.
- ❌ Change of mind — We don't refund because you changed your mind after ordering.
- ❌ Wrong product ordered by customer — If you ordered the wrong item, no refund.
- ❌ Package opened without video — If you opened the package without recording, no proof = no refund.
- ❌ Shipping charges — Shipping fee (₹120) and COD fee (₹60) are non-refundable.
- ❌ Stripe processing fee (2%) — Payment processing fee is non-refundable.
- ❌ Refund request after 3 days — Claim must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Our decision on refund claims is FINAL. We review the unboxing video and evidence carefully before making any decision.
How to Claim a Refund
Follow these steps if you have a valid refund claim:
Step 1: Record Unboxing Video
Record a complete, uncut unboxing video showing all items received (or missing items).
Step 2: Contact Us Within 3 Days
WhatsApp us at +91 63817 33447 within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing video.
Step 3: We Review Your Claim
Our team will review your unboxing video and order details within 1-2 business days.
Step 4: Refund Processed
If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (minus Stripe 2% fee and shipping charges).

Example: If you paid ₹500 for a product + ₹120 shipping + 2% Stripe fee (₹12.40) = Total ₹632.40. If the product is missing, you get ₹500 refund. Shipping (₹120) and Stripe fee (₹12.40) are NOT refunded.

- 📹 Unboxing video is MANDATORY — No video = No refund. No exceptions.
- ⏰ 3 day window — Refund claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- 🚚 Shipping charges (₹120) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
- 💰 COD extra charge (₹60) is non-refundable.
- 💳 2% Stripe processing fee is non-refundable.
- 📦 Delivery takes 3-15 business days — please be patient.
- 📸 Payment screenshot must be sent to WhatsApp after scanning QR code.
- 🔄 We do NOT offer replacements or exchanges — only refunds for eligible cases.
- 🚫 We do NOT accept order cancellations once the order is placed.
- ⚖️ Ellectra's decision on refund claims is final and binding.
